This is my mom with me and my sisters.

In the fall of 2022, she was diagnosed with early-stage Parkinson’s.

It was overwhelming - researching pre-appointments, attending appointments, sharing notes and following up.

I soon left my corporate life to build Jenni and scale the support my mom received so that no patient has to manage their chronic condition alone.

Nearly half of patients withhold questions from their doctors - they forget, lack confidence, or feel overwhelmed.

More than half struggle with EMRs, which are difficult to share with family members, and difficult to understand.

80% of crucial information is forgotten upon leaving a doctor’s appointment.

40% of family members feel too uninformed to help a loved one, even when they want to.

This negatively affects outcomes and drives up operational costs for health systems - by billions of dollars each year.

As I played the companion role for my mother, I knew I could build a better version of me: one that could sift through clinical information, synthesize research, process dialog rationally, remember the important parts of appointments, and follow up afterward: Meet Jenni.

Jenni exists to help anyone faced with managing care ramp up health literacy, drive better outcomes, and allow family members to provide emotional support rather than logistical help.
